How to WEBEX

Some of the more common audio/video problems that we have seen are:

  1. If you have a ZOOM or SKYPE window open (even if there is no active session) they will monopolize the camera. Close those windows.
  2. If you used a headset/earbuds in a previous WEBEX, it remembers that. You may need to manually alter the audio setting back to speakers.
  3. Also, the opposite of the above.
  4. Once you join a WEBEX meeting, you cannot switch between speakers and earbuds/headset unless you manually alter the WEBEX audio setting.
  5. Did you remember to un-mute your speakers?
