Monetary Donation

The Jewish War Veterans of the USA supports all veterans of the Armed Forces of the United States in hospitals, nursing facilities and elsewhere. When you are making a donation to "a charity of your choice", please consider JWV Department of Michigan.

You can obtain one of our pre-addressed envelopes at any of the three major Jewish Funeral Chapels in metro-Detroit. Make your check payable to either JWV Department of Michigan, a JWV Post (135, 474, or 510), or the Department of Michigan-Charles Kaye (Z"L) Scholarship Foundation.

To use your own envelope, please include the following information in the envelope:

1. Amount Enclosed ____________ (Don't forget to include your check.)
2. In Honor of / In Memory of _______________________
3. From: (your name and full mailing address, including zip code).
4. Send donation acknowledgement card to: (name and full mailing address, including zip).

If you want a donation acknowledgement card sent, please also include the name you want used as "Sent By". For example, "The Shapiro family; Bob, Maureen, Sandy, and Michelle".
