Joseph Rosenberg served in the U.S. Navy as a Machinist's Mate First Class. He was born in Ontario, Canada and graduated from Wilbur Wright Trade School with honors and scholarship.
Before enlisting in the military, he worked for Kahn Architects and was the Chairman of the Habonim Organization of Detroit.
His life ended as a casualty in the Pacific Theatre on May 2, 1944. He was awarded The Purple Heart.
