If the veteran was NOT a resident of the State of Michigan when they joined the service, click on this link to go to the National Archives and request a copy of their DD-214.

If the veteran WAS a resident of the State of Michigan, click on this link to go to the Michigan Veterans Affair Agency website and request a copy of their DD-214. The MVAA website is simpler to navigate and the results are much faster.
