Isadore Kleiman (photo unavailable) graduated from Creston High School in Grand Rapids, MI and entered the service in August 1943.
Kleiman served in the Army Infantry as a Sergeant. He perished in Strassburg, Germany on Jan 17, 1945 and earned the Purple Heart for his service. Kleiman was buried in Lorraine American Cemetery in St. Avold, France.
The Berger-Kleiman Post 252 was located in Grand Rapids, MI and began on June 14, 1947.
